What is Not Rum? Canadian alcohol regulations require that rum be aged in a small wood barrel for at least one year before it can be called "rum", and since this stuff hasn't been we're calling our un-aged dark rum flavored spirit "Not Rum". At 42.6% alcohol it'll be sure to warm you up in the winter months and goes in anything rum goes in like a Not Rum and Coke!
